Did anyone order on release night? I ordered the next day and am anxiously awaiting my shipping info.
It's interesting that none of the new releases seemed to be out of stock, I think the the past few releases have been very weak, what do you think?

I ordered the day after, but I didn't order any of the new releases. I'm not really that big into PTI -- I do more pages than cards -- but I do like some of their dies and frames.

I only ordered Mendhi Medallons from the new releases, the rest of the order was all older stock and dies. As much as their customer service sucks I still love the stamps!

I'm going to order on the 23rd for the free stamp set. My birthday is the day after, and I'm hoping I'll know if my parents got me a Cuttlebug for my birthday so I can order dies if I get it. I'm not really chuffed about anything in the new release, the little baby animals are growing on me, but mostly I'm in need of cardstock and a few more colours of ribbon so I'm hoping that they won't be out of stock and I'm sure that buying all those $3 packages it won't be hard to get up to the required $100.
Definitely post on here how long your shipping takes. I'm curious if they've actually improved after last month's complete fiasco.

Well, I am 'international' so I don't hold out much hope, interested to see when I get the shipping email.
I did debate waiting till July but a few items I have been after for a while finally came back in stock so I bit the bullet and bought them now. I am sure that I can make an order for July as I want the free set too. I am wondering what the 'value' of the set is $5, $15 or $24?

Does PTI have a birthday set or something? I haven't bought anything there in a long time.

Smackdiva - for the people that can't come to their little retreat thing they decided to make a special stamp set and include it in any package that orders $100 from 9East June 23rd to 9east June 24th (I think it's 9am, not pm). It's only for the first 1,000 customers, but I'm hoping they overestimate how many people will be ordering because I don't like pressure, but I figured just making one order this month instead of one on release night and one later would be a better idea.
Amelia - I think they said the free set is valued at $15

I get the pressure thing, I am glad it's not at midnight because I would have to get up at an unholy hour to order. $15 set is not too bad, I wonder who is designing it? Who would you like to see design it? I don't mind Mish's sets, I love button boutique, not too keen on Dawn's offerings, I don't think I own one of hers.

thanks Aeryn -- there is no way I want $100 worth of stuff from them, and I won't even try to find things to buy for a free stamp set I haven't seen. I do like the stamps Maile Belles designed, but they are not really for scrapping =/

I never know who designs anything. I like Button Boutique, and Up Up and Away and the butterfly one. Those are my three favourites, so I hope the set is like that.
Like I said, I was already planning a big order, bigger if I get a Cuttlebug for my b-day, so I don't have a problem with ordering. But NO WAY would I order JUST for the stamp set. No set it worth that much money of *finding* things to buy. Hell, look at the anniversary set, it's terrible! I think I'm counting on people feeling that way too, not putting in another order just to get the set.

I have about $60 of stamps in my cart that I couldn't afford to order this time so I am waiting for July to order the rest, going to wait and see if any of th4 new releases tempt me. I will buy buttons and CS to bulk out the rest of my order as I always need them, if I get a stamp set for free so be it!

I didn't order this month, either. The only set which interested me is the medallions and the $5 price made them even more interesting! I was surprised becuase I normally love close to everything and I think I'm in the minority as I have no complaints with PTI. I'm also waiting until July's release to see if there is anything else I "need" to fill up my cart. If so, I'll hold my order until the free set is offered but if not I won't sweat it.

I agree with smackdiva; spending $100 to get the free set that may be a piece of #$% , no way! I won the free set (I didn't know it until I got it in my box!) and honestly, is horrible. I like their 110 lb paper (heard Nenah is better for copic coloring...) but it doesn't fit in my printer so I need to look for more options. Having enough stamps to create for life, not the paper I need, pti's nightmare is not worthy.

Forgot to add that this is the 2nd release and I'm still firm about not buying more from them! So far I haven't seen anything I like. The medallion stamp is cute but I bought something very similar from MME and for only 6 dlrs! I'm going cheap, I know...

Copic XPress It Blending card paper is 91lb weight and runs through my printer perfectly fine. I've never tried Neenah, but XPress It is 9 million times better for colouring than PTI white, and that was recommended on all the vids I'd watched... probably cos they were old.
